## Purpose

Agile Fragile publishes the **Human Agile Model™** and **Human Agile Index™** as a human-risk audit for enterprise agile transformations. This one-page summary describes how universities, research bodies, agility assessors, and enterprises can partner without transferring ownership of the instrument or brand.

## Three partnership shapes

### 1. Licensed module (assessors and transformation firms)

**Fit:** You already audit agility maturity, change readiness, or portfolio delivery. You need a human-risk screen before or alongside your assessment.

**You receive:** Non-exclusive license to use the Human Agile Index and human gate questions in client engagements, with required attribution.

**Anjish Bhondwe retains:** Trademarks, specification copyright, commercial rights, and authority to approve derivative instruments.

**Typical use:** Pre-assessment human audit; sponsor briefing; gate review before scale.

---

### 2. Research pilot (universities and institutes)

**Fit:** You study transformation harm, psychological safety, socio-technical design, or agile adoption in enterprises.

**You receive:** Permission to run the Index in a defined pilot (anonymized org, pre/post scores, methods note). Rights to publish findings and cite the instrument.

**Anjish Bhondwe retains:** Human Agile™, Human Agile Index™, Human Agile Model™, and Agile Fragile™ marks; specification and question wording.

**Typical use:** Working paper, executive education case, external methods review.

---

### 3. Speaker / advisory (communities and programmes)

**Fit:** Conferences, CHRO roundtables, agile alliances, or business schools need a human-first transformation lens without product resale.

**You receive:** Talks, seminars, or advisory sessions using published materials with attribution.

**Anjish Bhondwe retains:** All IP; no white-label reproduction of the Index or specification without a separate license.

**Typical use:** Keynote, seminar module, leadership offsite diagnosis.

## What the Index audits

Eight questions. One score band: **Dark Agile** (0–40%), **Transitional** (41–70%), **Human Agile** (71–100%).

The Index is designed for sponsors and leaders who already see green programme dashboards while teams absorb the cost. It complements maturity assessments; it does not replace Scrum, SAFe, or business agility profiles.
