Proposed model · Human Agile™

The proposal.

When the slide deck looks fine and the room does not, this page describes how I would work with you: one conversation using the model on the site, not a firm catalogue. I am Anjish Bhondwe.

How I can help

The ethic, research, and adoption path live on the model page. The harm data and field voices live on the leaders page. Read those first if you have not. Then come back here if you want to talk about what working together could look like.

I offer field guidance rather than a packaged rollout: workshops to reset trust, peer space for leaders who see the same pattern, and lightweight tools that keep humans in the design. Share what resonates below.

Read the evidence first

This page is the offer. The case sits on the pages below.

Before we talk about workshops or pilots, read the people gap, the survey findings, and the model. Those pages carry the case. This page is the offer.

What could be offered

Read the social system first on the pages linked above. Strip harm. Build with the people in the room. Scale only when the human gate passes. Three directions the proposal could take after that honest read. Not a catalogue. A response to the harm documented on the leaders page.

Restore

Workshops

For teams recovering from Dark Agile. Reset trust before you rebuild.

  • Diagnostic on what is crushing people
  • Strip ceremony theater and dashboard judgment
  • Rebuild psychological safety with leaders in the room

Support

Community

Ongoing peer space for practitioners and leaders mid-transformation.

  • Honest conversation, not performative agile talk
  • Peers who have seen Dark Agile transformations up close
  • Shared language from the Human Agile model

Sustain

Resources

Tools and playbooks that cut admin overhead and keep humans at the center.

  • Lightweight rituals teams can actually keep
  • Leader guides for enablement over tracking
  • Index re-checks as you scale

Who this is for

Leaders who see the blind spot and want to fix it before they lose their best people.

Open questions

This proposal is live field work. I am working through these in public, not offering polished answers.

Can a solo proposer model spread without a firm behind it?

Agile Fragile is the public home of the idea, not a consultancy. I am testing whether leaders engage with a model before they engage with a vendor.

Does the Index change the conversation before any rollout talk?

Eight questions, one score. I want to know if it surfaces what executives already sense but do not name.

What belongs in Restore, Support, and Sustain?

Workshops, community, and resources are directions, not products. Your reaction below helps decide what to build next.

Partnership and licensing

Universities, assessors, and enterprises can use the Human Agile Index under license. I keep the IP. You get a clear way to run a human read before the next rollout. Download the one-page summary if you are reaching out cold.

First conversation

No pitch deck. I listen to what is happening to your people.

We start with your context: what prompted the call, where agile hurts today, whether you have an Index score to walk through. Then an honest fit check on whether Restore, Support, or Sustain matches where you are. If it does, we scope a first step together. If it does not, I will say so.
